Shipping Policy


Monthly Plan

For orders placed between the 1st and 25th of the month you will receive the current month's box, for which the estimated time of delivery is within 10 business days from the order date.

For orders placed between the 26th to last day of the month you will receive the next month's box, for which the product is scheduled to leave our warehouses sometime during the first week of the next month.

For instance, if a Monthly Plan order is placed on the 14th of November, you will receive the CRABO box of November, for which the delivery is scheduled to be completed within 10 business days from the order date.

However, if a Monthly Plan order is placed on the 26th of November, you will receive the CRABO box of December, for which the product is scheduled to leave our warehouses between the 1st and 7th of December.

                      Quarterly Plan

Quarterly Plan subscription orders placed between the 1st and 25th of the month will receive the current months box and 1 box each for the following two months.
For instance if you subscribe to the Quarterly Plan on the 14th of November, your boxes will be delivered as follows:

 If you subscribe to the Quarterly plan between the 26th of November up-to the 30th of November, your boxes will be delivered as follows:

CRABO boxes are carefully curated and customised by our amazing in-house team. We aim to meet our delivery guidelines. However, please note that we do not guarantee that all packages will be delivered based on the above estimated delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur around the major Indian Public Holidays and may also occur if the processing time for orders increases due to high volume of orders. You will be notified of such delays in advance. If you need your package sooner, please contact us at [email protected] and we can discuss alternative shipping options for an additional cost.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order when your order ships from our warehouses. We are not responsible for any downtime in tracking visibility caused by the carrier.
