What is CRABO all about?
CRABO is a monthly subscription box service intended to empower the creativity in your child, easily allowing you to integrate Family & Fun time in the most convenient manner. Each package includes unique Craft & Art supplies carefully curated by our experts for your child to explore & create with, all wrapped up in a delightful custom box that turns any regular day into the best day ever!
How does CRABO work?
CRABO functions on a subscription basis and also offers a one-off box. Based on the plan you choose, every month your child will receive one box. Each CRABO box consists of new Craft & Art supplies for your Child to have a jolly good time crafting keepsakes and creating happy moments.
What Subscription Plans do you have?
CRABO currently offers a Monthly Plan (Single box/one-off box) and a Quarterly Subscription Plan.
You can choose which ever plan best suits you. Based on the subscription you choose, each month, your child will receive one CRABO box as per the period of the subscription.
Are the contents in the box safe?
All the craft supplies and materials that we we provide are tested and child-safe! However, when it comes to smaller kids, we mention the hazards and strongly recommend parental guidance.
Where do You Ship?
We currently only ship in India, Free of Charge.
How do I place an Order?
Just click Become a Crabster and you’ll see the different 'Age Group' options you can choose from. Select your child's Age Group and then choose the box subscription plan that suits you best and click on ‘Order’. From there, fill out your address, child's details, payment details and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order has been processed with all the required information. If you need any assistance with your order just contact us and we’ll be more than happy to set you up.
Are there any Delivery Charges or hidden extra costs?
Our subscription price as you see on the website, is all inclusive. There are no hidden or extra costs.
I have not received my Crabo box yet, what should I do?
If you have not received your box in 5 business days after it has been dispatched, please contact us and we will track down your box for you.
Do I need to be at my delivery place, to receive the box?
Yes, you will have to be available to receive the box. However, if you are not available and the box has already been dispatched, kindly contact us so that we can arrange for an alternate solution.
Is there a Deadline to Change Or Cancel my Order?
Is there a Deadline to Cancel my Subscription?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled after you receive the first box, before the 5th of the month of which the next box is due for dispatch. For more information, kindly read our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Can I pause a Subscription?
Of-course you can pause your subscription and restart at anytime that is convenient to you. Just contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Can a new Subscription be added to my Account?
Sure you can. Login to your account and you can place an order for a new subscription.
However, if you want to create a subscription for a child living at an address other than yours, you will need to create a new account using a different email address.
My Box is damaged, what should I do?
Each and every CRABO box is dispatched from our warehouse in top-notch condition. However, during transit the box may get physically damaged due to unforeseen circumstances. Kindly read through our Cancellation/Refund Policy for Damage exchanges.
Can I Return/Exchange a Box?
Once the box is shipped, it cannot be returned/exchanged. But yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Kindly go through our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Do you declare the contents of the box beforehand?
No, Never. The surprise element is a huge factor for CRABO. We will never announce what your box contains before you receive it.
