Cancellation/Refund Policy

    Monthly Plan

    Order Cancellation/Refund:

    You may cancel an order within a period of 48 hours from the time the order was placed.  To cancel the order, simply call our support at +91  9650 2543 47, Monday through Sunday between 9:00 am-9:00 pm, or email us at [email protected].  If you do cancel an order within a period of 48 hours, we will begin the process of refund and the money will be transferred to your account within a period of 10 business days.

    Quarterly Plan

    Order Cancellation/Refund:

    Subscription Cancellation:

    We value our relationship with every Crabster and would never like to have you cancel your subscription. However, if you do choose to cancel your subscription with us, we ensure that the process is smooth. 

    You may cancel your subscription anytime after the first box ships. You will have to mail us your request for cancellation along with the reason for cancellation at [email protected].  If you would like to cancel your Quarterly Subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure you do so before the 05th of the following month, prior to the dispatch of that month's box. There is no cancellation fees. We will cancel your subscription and refund the amount due to you.  The money will be transferred to your account within a period of 10 business days. 

    For instance, after receiving the November Box if you do not wish to receive the remaining box/boxes, you may cancel your subscription via email and submit a cancellation request before the 05th of December. Cancel requests after the 05th of December will not be entertained for that month since the boxes leave our warehouses for delivery. 

    The amount due in case of a cancellation will be calculated as the difference between the amount paid by you when you subscribed for CRABO, minus, the number of months multiplied by the prevailing rate of the monthly plan. 

    For instance, if you subscribed for Quarterly plan on the 14th of November (for the period November-January) and the 1 month box in November was available for  ₹ 1199.00, if you cancel the subscription for the January box (after 2 boxes have been delivered, in November and December, respectively) by submitting a cancellation request before the 05th of January, the amount due to you will be calculated as follows

    Exchanges/Returns

    We do not accept any product exchanges. You may choose to cancel future orders/subscriptions, but once a box is delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged.

    If the product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), the Company will provide a replacement product, as long as your register your replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product. On receiving the damaged product email us at [email protected],  and register your replacement request. We will arrange for our delivery partner to pick the damaged product from your registered delivery address. Once we receive the damaged product at our warehouse, we will ship out the replacement product at our earliest possible.

    Provided that the Company confirms that your product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we arrange for a  replacement product to be delivered to you. In the event that the Company is unable to provide a replacement product, the Company may at its sole discretion elect to refund the money used for the purchase in the original amount of the purchase. If a replacement product is issued, we do not guarantee that the replacement product will contain exactly the contents as the original shipped product as this is dependent on stock availability of the original product.
